Due to the epidemiological situation in the city, prior registration is required in order to attend the event (according to the results of this registration, sets of documents will be collected for issuance at the event: diplomas, certificates, etc.).
To register, please fill in the form by attaching to it:
- a certificate of vaccination,
-or a scan of blood test with a high titer of antibodies after coronavirus infection COVID-19,
-or a negative result of a PCR test done no earlier than three days before the day of the event, i.e. not earlier than 06/27/2021.
You can invite one guest to the event, but please, when filling in the information about yourself, immediately, in the same registration form, fill in the information about your guest, attaching his/her medical documents. Registration is opened for submission of documents until 14:00 on June 28th, 2021. Forms submitted later than this deadline will not be considered.
In case of successful registration, dynamic QR codes will be sent to your e-mail (and to the mail of your guest) no later than at 23:59 on June 28th, 2021 (you can use such codes only once, afterwards they won't be valid anymore). Be prepared to show the received code at the event!

The event will be held at the University at Leo Tolstoy str., 6-8, between buildings No. 32 and No. 33.
The ceremony will start for graduates of all faculties, receiving diplomas with honors at 10:00. Students can change their clothes into robes in the wardrobe of the dining room starting from 9:00.
At 12:30 we invite the graduates of Faculty of Medicine and Medical Faculty for foreign students who receive "blue diplomas".
At 15:00 we will be glad to see graduates receiving "blue diplomas" from the Faculty of Dentistry, Pediatric Faculty, Faculty of Adaptive Physical Education (AFC), Medical College and Faculty of Higher Nursing Education.
Please keep the social distance of at least 1.5 meters and use the masks!
For graduates who will not take part in the event live, after completing the registration, broadcast in the Internet will be available. A set of documents (diploma, certificate) can be taken in the HR department of students, but not earlier than 1.07.2021. Available time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 14:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. To make an appointment there, visit official website or use the QR code
