Professor S.A. Karpishchenko delivered a welcoming speech and congratulated the participants on the 80th anniversary of Victory Day.
Then, fourteen papers were presented by various medical equipment manufacturers, primarily innovative in the medical equipment market. Following each paper, discussions were held on the potential use of various equipment for the development of Russian healthcare.
Among the new products, noteworthy were cone-beam and spiral CT scanners combined in a single device, systems for automatic morphological diagnosis.
The discussion lasted over six hours. The working languages were Chinese, English, and Russian. Further plans for interaction and cooperation were outlined.
