The Vietnamese side was represented by the Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh Hospital administration, led by its Director General, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Long. The guests were introduced to the cardiology department, where Head of Department, Yuri Shavkatovich Khalimov, conducted a tour, providing detailed information about latest diagnostic and treatment methods for cardiovascular diseases.

The delegation then split into two groups. One group visited the operating room of ENT Department, where they observed a lacrimal duct surgery, performed by the department's head, Professor Sergey Anatolyevich Karpishchenko. The second group went to the Cardiac Surgery Department, where its head, Professor Gennady Grigoryevich Khubulava, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, introduced modern surgical technologies and presented unique clinical cases.
The meeting then continued in the reception hall for foreign delegations in the university's main building. Pavlov University was represented by Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Sergey Anatolyevich Karpishchenko, Head of the International Relations Department ,Sergey Yuryevich Borovets, and department staff members—leading analyst O. A. Stancheva and leading translator V. A. Gavrilina. Issues of bilateral cooperation in healthcare were discussed, including the exchange of specialists, conducting medical consultations and consultations using telemedicine; The development of joint research projects with subsequent publication of their results. Lectures by staff from ENT department and the clinic are planned at a hospital in Vietnam. After discussing bilateral cooperation, the parties exchanged souvenirs.
The visit contributed to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Russia and Vietnam in scientific, educational, and medical fields, opening up new opportunities for sharing experiences and developing partnerships.
