On May 4-5, 2023 within the walls of the Gomel State Medical University, the XV Republican scientific and practical conference of students and young scientists with international participation "Problems and prospects for the development of modern medicine" was held.
From our University, the 4th year students of General Medicine Faculty Anastasia Nikitina and Danil Pankratov took part in the conference.
They made oral and poster presentations at the section “Infectious Diseases. Microbiology, virology and immunology. Phthisiopulmonology. Epidemiology".
Both students were awarded 1st place and were highly appreciated by the members of the Presidium, which included both Gomel University employees and invited foreign guests.
