Due to the current epidemiological situation we would like to provide you with the information regarding COVID-2019:
If you have the following symptoms:
- fever;
- cough (dry or with a small amount of sputum) and / or sore throat;
- shortness of breath;
- feeling of tightness in the chest,
- headache,
stay home and call a doctor!
This can be done in one of the following ways:
- contact your insurance company (the phone number is indicated in your insurance policy, which you received upon entering the territory of the Russian Federation) and list the symptoms;
- in emergency cases you can call 112 and state the same symptoms (complaints).
You should be informed of further actions.
A health professional will be sent to you.
It is not recommended to go to the clinic yourself.
Minimize contact with other people.
Use a disposable medical mask. If there is no mask, cover your mouth with a disposable handkerchief or tissue when coughing and sneezing.
Do not touch your mouth with your hands when coughing or sneezing, as this helps to spread the virus. If it is not possible, wash your hands immediately with soap or wipe them thoroughly with disposable alcohol wipes or moisturizing sanitary napkins.
The test for COVID-19 is prescribed by medical personnel in case of:
- Arrivals from countries and regions , where many COVID-19 cases are registered.
- close contacts over the past 14 days with people suspected for COVID-19, who subsequently became ill;
- close contacts over the past 14 days with people, who have a laboratory approved COVID-19.
Test for COVID-19 is carried out by a medical professional.
